Hopefulness and cheer are how we are choosing to end 2021! A few thoughts to contemplate….

The holidays are a time of celebration, connection, and creating memories. One of the ways we can step into this season with little more ease is to take a moment and set a few intentions for yourself and your loved ones. It is easy to get wrapped up in the “materialism that is bombarding us”on a daily basis, and so we invite you to reflect on what is meaningful for you to bring in more balance.

What ways can you incorporate meaning into your celebrations and gatherings? Maybe it is as simple as bringing a healthy version of fudge or cookies (linked below) to a friends house. Finding time for gratitude and sharing with a friend. Or maybe it is shopping local and supporting small buisinesses. Know that whatever resonates for you, when we are mindful of all the ways we put our energy out into the world, our lives are richer and filled with more joy.
