- If you have not yet enrolled in Patient Ally, please check your email for an invitation from Patient Ally for initial set up.
- If you do not see an invitation email with an enrollment link, please call the office at 971-319-0045 to initiate that process.

- If you have set up a Patient Ally account, please use the link below for signing back in.
- Note: whenever we send you a message or lab results in the portal, you will get an email notifying you to check the portal.
- Please use the patient portal for communicating with your physician. This is secure and they will not check their email.
