This month on Sunday June 12th, is Family Health and Fitness Day. Dr. Meghan and Dr. Lisa both enjoy spending time outdoors with their families. Riding bikes, going for a run, paddle boarding, playing soccer and ultimate frisbee to name a few. What is one way you plan to get moving with your family this summer? Some other fun ideas are hiking through Mt. Tabor or Oaks Bottom Wetlands, walking or biking the spring water corridor, and even creating an obstacle course with sidewalk chalk. The Portland metro area provides access to so many outdoor opportunities, just waiting to be explored by bike and foot.
